Welcome to CodiCo<\/strong>! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the CodiCo.io website (the “Site”) and our web development services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. CodiCo offers web development services including but not limited to website design, web development, mobile development, website maintenance, and hosting. Specific terms and conditions may apply to particular services, which will be outlined in a separate agreement if necessary. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

4. Use of the Site<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

5. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

All content, design, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Site are the intellectual property of CodiCo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any content you submit to CodiCo, including but not limited to feedback, comments, and suggestions, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting such content, you grant CodiCo a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

7. Privacy<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

8. Payment Terms<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

All fees for Services are due in accordance with the terms outlined in the specific service agreement or invoice. Payments must be made promptly and in full. CodiCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received on time. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

9. Maintenance Service<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Development Hours in the Maintenance Plan:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Development hours included in the maintenance plan are allocated on a monthly basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Accumulation and Transfer of Hours:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Unused development hours within a month do not carry over or transfer to subsequent months.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

WordPress Theme and Plugins Update:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The “Middle” and “Professional” maintenance plans include basic updates for plugins, themes, and the core. However, they do not cover development hours required for adjusting previous customizations, plugins, or addressing unforeseen issues resulting from updates. Time-related expenses associated with these tasks are billed separately. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Website Speed Optimization:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All plans incorporate basic optimization, focusing on software configuration. However, adjustments requiring server configuration, limit increases, or hardware upgrades are not within CodiCo’s responsibility for optimizing website speed performance. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

10. Automatic Renewal<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Unless canceled through your personal account panel, your subscription will automatically renew. By renewing, you authorize us to collect the applicable annual or quarterly subscription fee (including any taxes) using any credit card or payment method we have on file. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

If your subscription renews automatically, refunds for the current quarter are not available from the renewal date onwards. However, you will maintain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current quarter billing period. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

11. Subscription Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n
