Our application, CodiCo All-in-One Airport Transfer & Taxi Dispatch Software, accesses and uses Google User Data through Google API Services. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6.1. Data Collection and Usage
Google Cloud Platform & IAM Data: We access your Google Cloud project to automate the technical setup required for taxi dispatch operations. This includes enabling Maps APIs, creating restricted API keys, and managing service accounts via IAM to ensure secure and error-free routing and pricing services.
Google Calendar Data: We access your Google Calendar to synchronize taxi bookings and airport transfers. The app creates calendar events for scheduled trips to prevent double-booking and assist in real-time schedule management for operators and drivers.
Firebase Data: We use Firebase Management API to provision the backend infrastructure necessary for your branded passenger and driver mobile applications.
6.2. Data Sharing and Disclosure
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share any data obtained through Google API Services with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Strictly Functional Use: Data is used exclusively to provide and improve the dispatch features of the CodiCo platform as explicitly requested by the user.
6.3. Data Retention and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the Google User Data we process.
We only retain access tokens and necessary configuration metadata for as long as your CodiCo account remains active and the Google integration is enabled.
